Language Assistance & Nondiscrimination

Cumberland Goodwill EMS provides free language assistance services. Notice of Nondiscrimination and Notice of Availability under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act.

Free language assistance is available. Call 717-249-0012, select Option 2, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.

For medical emergencies, always call 911. Interpretation is available on emergency calls — tell the dispatcher what language you speak.

Notice of Availability of Language Assistance Services

Cumberland Goodwill EMS provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English. Qualified medical interpretation is provided through our partnership with LanguageLine Solutions.

To request an interpreter for non-emergency matters (billing, records, memberships, general questions), call 717-249-0012 and select Option 2, available Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. Tell the person who answers what language you speak. There is no cost to you.
