We’d like to invite everyone to take part in our second-annual Chicken BBQ. On Friday, May 13th we’ll be cooking up the same delicious chicken that was in high demand last September. Even better, we’ll be offering the same local delivery service (within a 5-mile radius of our station) that was so popular during our first BBQ! $8.00 purchases a meal, which include 1/2 a chicken, baked beans, apple sauce, and a roll. A 1/2 chicken alone costs $6.50. Tickets are on sale now, click more for information on how to order!

Please Note: This post was Cumberland Goodwill’s 2011 April Fools Day contribution. At this time, our Rehab is limited to responses within the current timeframe only, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We’re pleased to announce that our service has been licensed to begin serving a portion of our community that we had previously missed. Following a rigorous inspection and legal agreements, our company was granted permission to begin inter-time rehab response. This will allow our service to provide re-hydration, shelter, and food to our community first responders who lived well before our rehab service existed.March Spotlight- Transport Scheduling

What sets Cumberland Goodwill apart from some other area medical transportation services is a unique provider-supervisor-dispatcher interaction. Other services have a dedicated call center detached from where any transport crews sit. At Cumberland Goodwill, we’re different. Our providers complete their charts in the same workroom area where our transports are scheduled. Providers have access to a live-view touchscreen transport scheduler that enables them to see new transports when they arrive, print off a copy of the dispatch sheet, and promptly respond to any calls for service. We’re focused on making sure our providers, supervisors, and dispatchers all are on the same page so that we can better serve our community. Continue reading »
